Movie bikes for The Man from U.N.K.L.E.
Making the film bikes for the Man from U.N.C.L.E. a Guy Richie movie in 2013
We made a collection of bikes for the Movie, including a Honda CRF 450 & Beta trails bike converted to look like the 1960s British scramblers used for the larger stunts.
From the U.K. to Nepal... 1960's Style
In 2012, I had the privilege of crafting a bespoke bike frame for a remarkable individual, Henry Nottage. His ambition was nothing short of extraordinary – a challenge to ride from the UK to Nepal on a classic-style bike reminiscent of the 1960s. Building Winning Frames for Tony Scott T3 Racing in 2017
In 2017, I had the opportunity to create frames for Tony Scott T3 Racing in the British Superbike Series. Designed by Mark Taylor, these steel frames, joined with Silicone Bronze using the Oxygen & Acetylene process, proved to be a standout in the season, securing pole positions. The unique steel construction and joining method set them apart from the aluminum Japanese constructors bikes on the track.
WW2 Mosquito Merlin Aircraft Frame
I had the honor of contributing to the De Havilland Museum's exhibit by working on the Merlin aircraft frame for its fixed display. This project became a personal favorite during my time as a fabricator. The challenge was both thrilling and nostalgic as I meticulously worked from the original hand-drawn blueprints dating back to the 1940s.

Kew Gardens - Tree Support
When a valued customer approached us with the need for a garden tree support, we embarked on a journey of ideas. CCM - 550cc 4cylinder conversion
A local enthusiast presented us with a captivating concept – the integration of a Kawasaki 550 4-cylinder engine into his CCM off-road frame. We're thrilled to announce the completion of this project in early 2024. The transformed creation is now poised for final testing in the surrounding area before embarking on its journey to receive a distinctive paint finish. We look forward to seeing this on the road soon.
